Yes. EMA Foundation is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt non-profit organization and your donation is tax deductible under the guidelines of U.S. law. Please retain a copy of your receipt to claim a deduction on your U.S. taxes.
For one-time donations, a receipt will be emailed to you once your donation has been processed. Please retain a copy of your receipt for tax purposes.
